I’ve had a fascination for the natural world ever since childhood. I studied Environmental Protection in the 90’s, which eventually led to me and my husband settling in Cornwall to run an organic farm.

My interest in photography really took off when digital cameras were developed. The colours, patterns, textures and beauty of nature can take my breath away. Most of my photography is with a macro lens as I find it enables me to focus on details and abstract views that are often overlooked.

I have had various successes in the International Garden Photographer of the Year competition since it began in 2008 and was a finalist in the Montphoto 2013 Nature Photography competition. I am keen to expose the beauty and artistic nature of the natural world.
