Karin stamps

Karin Van Couwenberg: “Buy our endangered wildlife stamp!” Karin and her 2 friends, Ingrid Vekemans and Werner van Steen are very proud to announce that Bpost has chosen their pictures for a special project. The Belgian Postal Service BPost issues a limited edition of 5 postage stamps featuring “Endangered Wildife”, which will be available as from August 22nd, 2016. Collect a rhino stamp by Ingrid, a tiger stamp from Werner and the gorilla, polar bear and elephant stamps by Karin!

Mairi Eyres: She has been asked to go on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch Show as she’s one of the finalists in RSPCA Young Photographer Awards 2015. “It should be an exciting new experience!”. She talked about this photo from the competition – “a silhouetted ant I photographed in France last year”.

Marie Read: She published an article “Avian Gem of the Bering Sea” about her trip to Alaska’s Pribilof Islands to photograph seabirds in the January 2016 issue of Wild Planet Photo Magazine.

Shannon Wild: She became an ambassador for The Perfect World Foundation, a Swedish based non-profit independent organization to raise awareness, funding, and to take action together with animal and nature conservation projects around the world.

Sue Cullumber: She was a finalist for fan favorite for the Arizona Highways magazine photo contest.

Lizet Sunday times

Lizet Grobbelaar: Her amazing picture “suspended sensation” has been chosen as Second runner-up for 2015 Wildlife photographer of the year on Sunday Times Travel.

Kristel Schneider

Kristel Schneider: One of her abstract pictures has been highly commended at Lowland Photo Contest 2015

2015 has been a fantastic year with the creation of our community website.
